Anyone know the dimensions of the bolt on the Idler pulley of an 1988 2.8l S-10 Blazer? Length, size, anything?

You'll be waiting all week to not find the answer. Just one of those things that no one would likely know the answer to.

You'll have to find your way to the auto wreck and grab one off a motor.
They are beter quality bolts than you'd find in the hardware stores, plus it's hard to find 1/2 the metric sizes anyways
