valves on a 1995 GS-R

I am thinking about purchasing a 1995 Integra GS-R but he said he has replaced the valves. Im kind of sketchy on weather not I'll will eventually have to replace or rebuild the engine. There is 168000 km's on it. Test drove it and pounded through the gears and it sounds great. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

i would think that if he replaced the valves that is a good thing, or his engine was so trashed that that was a main thing to get it running.... hummmmm i dont know, good luck.
