My A/C sucks at red lights?? 94 Accord

I hear this is normal but it is summer time and it sux. My a/c works fine when driving down the road but when I stop it gets warm or just not nearly cool enough for me.

Is this common?

If not what can I do?

See if both radiator fans are running with the air on. Try giving it gas in nuetral and see if it starts cooling better.

If the aux fan doesn't run, you won't have enough airflow through the condensor if the car is sitting still.

If raising the idle makes it cool down, it may need to be charged or the compressor may be getting weak.
