When I turn on my headlights (note not parking lights - only headlights create the problem) all steering wheel controls (horn/cruise control buttons) become nonresponsive. This is on a '90 240 fastback. Thanks in advance for any ideas...

well my cruise control doesnt work period. it might be a weak battery.

my horn and cruise don't work either... they stopped all the sudden when I was driving down the highway... where do I look first? a fuse or something?
