I was looking up rotors and pads to buy for my daughter's 1995 Accord EX and there are many different selections. One item mentions "w/Nissin Calipers" ... how do I tell which one to buy? meaning, I guess I need to see if I have Nissin calipers or whatever other types were installed on these cars.

Good question. The shop showed me the different kinds of pads, and they (there are only 2 types for the 91-93) are visibly different. I picked one at random and said I'd be back if they were the wrong ones. 50/50 chance and I got lucky - they were Nissins.

You could try www.tirerack.com They have good prices, and fast shipping. And they have a feature, where you enter your car's info, and they show you all the possible selections that will work on your car, then you narrow down your selection based on application...ie, you can narrow out brakes used for drag racing or autocross, etc. Pretty good site that I get all my tires and brake pads from.

His problem, Igor, is not as sophisticated as choosing the application.
If I understand correctly he just wants stock pads. And the Accords (some of them anyway) were manufactured with different suppliers of calipers. So you have to get the right "shape" of pad.
Unless a web site has pretty good pcitures, it'd be hard to choose the correct pads that way - they aren't THAT much different.
