Sunroof Rattle

Anyone else notice any kind of rattling when the sunroof is tilted/popped open (not fully back and open)? I've noticed it going over all the bump filled Jersey roads. It's a slight rattle. Had it at the dealer today and they took it out, lubed it, tightened, fix something and I thought it was cooperating on the way home and being quiet... But, then I thought I heard it somewhat again. Anyone else? Maybe it's a normal sound due to the hard ride plus the jersey roads?
Anyone?
I searched and found nothing with sunroofs or rattling and sunroofs...
Thanks guys!

Well... I'm back at my original Sunroof thread... Zero replies... Anyway, I've noticed my sunroof gives off a slight burning motor smell after I close it. Any ideas? It opens and closes fine. It just has a weird smell. Is it the gunk they put in the tracks, the lube?
Any input would be appreciated.

I notice a sunroof rattle - whether it's closed, cracked open, fully open, or partially open.
Some people on clubrsx have tried lubrication and/or having parts replaced with some success.
My car is out of warranty, so I live with it. And I lubricate it.
Don't know about your smell. Could be the lube, could be the motor. If it's under warranty, take it back to the stealership.

I actually took a swipe of the gunk in the sunroof tracks, took a wiff, and that has got to be it. It smells pretty nasty. It smells like a roller coaster or any moving amusment park ride.

I cleaned mine out a little last weekend and sprayed some fresh white lithium grease on the tracks. It doesn't shake, rattle and roll any more!
