i was wonting to get some info on cold air intakes (cai), i have a stock 99 neon 5 spd dohc and was wonting to know if a cai realy help vary much, and what is good or not good about a Short RAM Intake ?
If you have any info please post, also witch brand should i go with?
Do any of you have favorits, and if you do then why arte they the best in your mind? How much improvement have you Realy had out of a CAI i know what they say on line, but do you realy get that much out of them,
HP,TORQ,MPG, ect ect ect I am not planing on doing to much to the neon just help the mpg a little, and make it run a little better.

You can purchase an Iceman intake from modern performance for around $200 or you can buy an intake from a 3.0L mid to late 90's caravan and make your own cold air intake. It is real easy. The short ram intakes won't give you any added HP, so don't waste your time or money.
