GT4 or Forza

Im going to get either a PS2 and GT4 or a Xbox and Forza motorsport tomarrow and even though ive read a lot of reviews on these games i cant decide what game/system to buy. I dont have any experience with either so i just have no clue. I thought i heard you need a seperate $40~ remote to watch DVDs on the x-box though which wouldnt be cool.
Your opinions would be very much appreciated.

ditto. . . Forza is good for "racing" and GT4 is good for "driving" IMO. . . and Forza is more fun. . . GT4 gets boring after a while. . .

gt4 has too many damn races and too many worthless cars, who likes to have 200+ cars with under 120hp.. Forza has a great line up and a fun factor that greatly out weighs all of the GT line up.

I say Forza, I played it at my friends house and liked it way more than the GT4.

Forza is an amazing game, but Gt4 still has me.

Prolly too late but go with the Xbox and Forza...you can buy the DVD thing for Xbox for 10 bucks if you know where to look.

quick question does Forza have the Nordschleiffe or Spa? either one

Another name for it is Nurmburgring right??? If it is then yes it has it.

the nordschleiffe is the nurmberg but spa is different. what about le mans(sarthe)

I want forza just for online play, nfsu2 and mc3 doesnt cut it anymore for me

Forza is by far better imo. The graphics are just stunning. The brakes brighten if you brake long enough and hard enough, and realistic damage that effects performance. Pretty sure they don't have Le Mans, but they do have Laguna Seca and that damned corkscrew that you have to take at 35mph.

I haven't played GT4, but I have played Forza. I have played every good racing game on Xbox and Forza is the best hands down imo. Great selection of cars. Good variety of tracks although I wish there were a few more. I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10.

ya i want forza for online to i herd u could make racing teams online and each team has there own symbal or something

from somone who has played both lots and liked both lots, imo Forza is better thr realism is waaay better (which translates to a more challanging game) Forza isn't about just getting an uber car and pumping out 800 hp many races are limited to completely stock cars or have weight restrictions etc. it also has the customization factor which is really cool along with engine swaps (comon who dosent want the 911 turbo engine in the boxter??) vastly superior game, and even though it has less cars it makes up for it by having ferrari and other elite supercars that have never been in any GT game
