Are mounting brackets/slots for short overhead consoles already under the headliner of base model regular cab trucks?

Is there a plug or anything under the seat for upgrading to power seats?

About what price would it run to get your headliner covered in vinyl or suede? I screwed mine up a little in the front.

what is it liked to be bored? I haven't had that feeling since 1969. p.s. mine is wired for power seats.
