im gonna rebuld the engine in my 98 r/t. what do you guys suggest i put on the list of replacement parts? so far my list includes:
timing belt
tensioner
piston rings
gaskets (head gasket especially)

i want to strap a hahn 16g turbo on it, so that will give me a butt load of extra parts, new pistons included. if anyone else has put a turbo kit on, what else do you recomend i replace? i have 99,000 miles so its about time i do this anyway especially if theres a turbo goin on it. thaks for ur input.

If it were me i would go with all new rods and bearings too. You are going to need parts that will handel the extra boost.

just buy an SRT4 motor! more displacement, and a way stronger setup. by the time you buy the forged internals you would have spent WAY more
