hello ,has anyone out there changed a starter,trying to find out how hard it is to put new one my self,does the manifold have to come out or will it fit in with out removing it,,any info about how to change it thanks

Manifold does not have to come off.First disconnect the battery(negative cable).Remove the electric fans and you will have easy access to the starter.
