TPS - damaged again

Hello!
I had to replace TPS in my PA 93 - everything was fine for 2-3 weeks - now something is wrong with it again.Why?

Just a reminder:
If you are certain it is the TPS again, remember that the code does not just mean the sensor itself is bad, it means there is a problem with the TPS circuit. It could be a wiring issue resulting in a out of normal opertaion voltage. It could be an entirely seperate problem that effects the way the ECM sees the refrence voltage. Test the TPS first to determine weither or not it is adjusted properly and operating accordingly.
