smoke out of the vents

I have a 95 Passat VR6 with 1176800 miles. This car has been just trouble, I am already thinking of getting rid off it and getting an audi again since I had good experience with those.

So here is my problem, I just redid my whole coolant system and it been working fine since 4 month but yesterday I replaced the CV axle and now the weirdest thing happend, most of my coolant disappeared and my car is smoking out of the vents. Assumed that the smoke must have been maybe old or greese that maybe got on the engine and started burning up but i could find anything.

Can someone please help me, or did someone have the same problem? because i really can't explain myself where the coolant could have gone, wasn't leaking.

well i guess i can answer that myself it turns out that my heater core went bad, just must have been an coincedent that it went out after my cv axle was fixed, damn
oh well
