CV Joint/axle help 90 accord

I recently replaced the upper control arms, lower ball joints, coild springs and tie rod ends. After road testing, I have a wobble in the front end. I had the tires balanced and rotated and it's still there. The wobble is more pronounced during accelleration and is almost gone during coast.
While I was taking the the axle nut off of the spindle, it was so tight that I had to use a long cheater pipe to loosen it.
Could this have caused damage to the cv joint or axle and if so how would I tell which side was damaged?

Shouldn't have hurt it. Possible the outer end of the shaft isn't fully seated in the hub bearing, and you tightened it up that way. They will go in almost all the way, then you have to work them around a little to get the last ridge to seat in the bearing. I've seen people get lucky on one, and it just drops right in on the first try, so they don't notice anything wrong on the other one. Make sure you have the same amount of thread showing at the spindle nut on both sides.
