two things i have noticed

-backround is Ok....but the size of the car and backround dont look good

-rear wheel is not good

The graphic on the side seems to look a little fake (at least to me) with that outer glow.
The paint job needs reflections (with objects from the background with their original colors, not being re-painted to the cars new color) because that's the way it works in reality (I assume you know that but I'm just pointing it out).
The opacity of the reflections on the windshield and on the other windows should be a higher and the windows should look more mirror reflecting than regular lightly reflecting.

I'd have to agree with you about the background and car in it. It seems the car should be bigger but maybe it's just and illusion from those pretty big leaves.

The rear wheel looks pretty fine to me but what might have got you thinking that way is the way it is wrapped under those fenders which makes it look a little odd or the perspective reasons.
