hi.. i just bought a 95 4runner v6 (not 4wd though).. just wanna know if this normal.. when i floor the gas, my rpm goes to 4000.. and thats it.. does not go all the way.. i was thinking if this the reason why when you drive the car it feels like its heavy? it like you losing power? im just curious.. any comments?.. thanks in advance!

P.S. How fast can you go to stock one?

Sounds like you may have a fuel-delivery problem. Try cleaning your injectors and next, replacing the fuel filter. If those two don't work, check your pressure and flow and see if it is within spec. If so, then go to ignition troubleshooting.
