help with starting my 95 teg LS

Ok, car died on the road, still will turn over like it wants to start, but it wont, i checked the fuel pump and fuel filter and they are fine, and thats about all i can think of for the problem, if someone has any ideas or answers pls help me out.

ck timing and stop trying to start it till you do.
And just so i know, how did you ck the fuel pump and fuel filter?
