2002 Yukon Rust on door pillars

:banghead: Anyone have a problem with rust on door pillars? About a dime size rust spot on the bottom of the rear door pillars on 3 out of 4 doors. It appears on the front facing part of the pillar just above the black plastic exterior moulding that runs under the window of each door.
