94 Wagon - Reverse lights and Oil pressure

My wagons reverse lights don't work. I have checked the bulbs (OK) and fuses (OK). I need to know where the reverse switch is so I can check it out. I have looked under the floor console and found nothing so i presume it's on the tranny, but don't know which one is the switch.

My other problem is the oil pressure light comes on when I am idleing when the car is warm. It never happens unless I am ideling and the rpms are low. Where is the oil pressure sending unit on the engine? How difficult is it to replace the oil pump (in case this turns out to be the problem)?

Thanks for the help.

I can't believe that with all the knowledge on this board, no one knows the answer to these two questions. :disappoin

On the back up lights,I am not really sure on the 94, but it is either in a switch that attaches under the linkage, or there is a small round plug on the transaxle that screws out.
The oil pressure switch should be close to the oil filter area. Either a 2 wire or onw wire switch. Hope it helps some. Did not see your post earlier. I got a 90 acre farm that has no internet access that I goto on weekends. Sorry.

Before you address mechanical issues, do you have enough oil in the system?

Hey, no problem. Many thanks for the info.

This was the first thing I checked and it's right up. The car leaks no oil, actually, it doesn't leak anything.
