I bought new headlamp housings for my 95 Caravan (3.0L).

Although I found out that all I need to do is remove the bulb, then twist the three housing adjustment nuts 90 degrees, I am having problems with the two lower ones. I tried various tools yet I have not been able to twist those two plastic nuts due to lack of space.

Based on the above, are there any special tricks to remove those lower nuts?

By the way, the manual I have is useless for the model year even though it states that it covers it. The manual shows and discusses older chassis models. Any suggestions for a manual that accurately represents a 1995 Dodge Caravan?

You should have two on top and two on the bottom. To get at the bottom ones, remove the blinker assembly. One screw on the outside near the fender and one is shared with the lower section of the front grill. Unhook the blinker lights and remove the unit. Long needle nose pliers will work best. Good luck!

i replaced the pass headlight on my 93 caravan SE...don't know if it's the same or not...but there are also 2 more screws 10 mm...hiding inside the wheel well cover...holding it to the fender as well

As a follow-up, all went well. The secret was to remove the blinkers. Two side screws and one long top screw. Once this was done, I had full access to the twist-locks (best name I found ;-). Replacemenmt was a charm. My headlights are now as bright as new... even more as I am using extra bright 9004 bulbs (bought them from an on-line store)

The printed and CD-based manuals do NOT address this neither in text or in pictures.
