Anyone using the Tornado for fuel economy on a '99 Silverado? Does it help?

Thanks

Greetings Mchristo63,

I tried the Tornado on my 2004 Silverado with 6 liter engine. Instead of adding tot he mpg - it decreased it by about 2 mpg.

It is. My friend went to UTI and while he was there they dyno'd a car using the tornado. It didn't do a damn thing.

Have 2002hd, 8.1, crew cab and full box.

It (tornado) does not add any mpg. Save your $$. I have one, give me an address and I will send it free, 0, no charge.

It may work for you.

It was the tires, trust me, mud tires ar for creating friction

all the tornado does is cause turbulence in the air tube causing a loss of air flow and a decrease in fuel milagwe to one degree....jj. smother more open tube is better...jj
