1993 4L60 Trans codes any body have a cluerbuck 05-02-2005, 08:44 PM 59, 67, 66, 73, 81 Any help appreciated Feels like taking off in second gear Full of fluid just replaced clutch packs had 1st gear about three or four times on test drive. roasted the tires about 2 times. then no 1st gear or 3rd gear or overdrive wolfox 05-03-2005, 12:08 AM Dumping that much torque into a '96 4l50e can split your sun gear reaction shell. But this also kills reverse in some instances. Drop the pan and get a look. If you see any slivers of steel bigger than a 1/4 inch, you munched your planetary pack and the shell. BlazerLT 05-03-2005, 01:19 AM 2-3 and 3-2 shift solenoid error Torque convertor switch error Pressure control solenoid error. rksnc 05-03-2005, 11:49 AM This way to many electrical codes. Just about all solenoids. Some of these code do not show up until 95 models. But it sounds like you have a electrical problems here. The plug at trans not good, loose, bent contacts, harness damage, cut wire, or something. Your solenoid work off 12 volts, your sensor works of 5 volt ref signal. The trans is in fault mode and that is second gear. BlazerLT 05-03-2005, 04:12 PM I think the base problem is the TCC. That will cause the low power from a stop. rbuck 05-06-2005, 10:51 PM Thank will check that out. Going to pickup trans book at libary to help me out also. rksnc 05-08-2005, 04:28 PM If the tcc stays locked it will do more than that. It will stall engine when you try to stop. If it is engaged there will be no slip at stops. If it doesn't engage then you just don't get the gas mileage because of turning higher rpms. I seen more tcc locks with the front wheel drive cars. And when that happens you will know because it is like you are stoping and forgot to disengage clutch. Sometimes after this happens you can let sit for a while and go again. And also will not engage until it has warmed up. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
