Need code explanation for ABS system

Hello guys,
need code for ABS system on Camry 1994, 4 cyl, 2.2 L engine with automatic trans.
Had visited mechanic friend of mine and he read :
"11 Solenoid Relay Circuit Fault" code, so I am interested what's that mean??
What's wrong with my ABS??
ABS light is constantly lighted on.
