Class action vs. Dexcool

I have been contacted by a firm who is amassing a class action suit against the makers of Dexcool, aledging Dexcool as major contributing factor in the failure of GM 3100 engines. My name was added to the list.
I don't see how they can win. After all, there are engines using Dexcool that have not expeierenced failures at the rate of the GM 3100. But I guess it's their case to prove.
I didn't ask them if they were on retainer for GM. To blame this exclusively on Dexcool, without concrete cause and effect data as it pertains to gasket failure, seems pointless. Remember, GM initially tried blaming air infultration due to faulty coolent recovery caps as the culprit.
Will see.........
Dosn't matter, It's the last GM car I'll own. Fool me once......
