Strokes at idle and slow speeds

I own 2001 Exterra V6 and have only 47000 miles.I never had any problems with my engine. Once I took my car to the local Nissa dealership to change fuel sender unit by recall. They found coolant leakage and changed 2 head gaskets of the engine. Now my problems started:I got service engine soon indication and misfire after repair was done. At dealership they were able to shut the light off but I still have strokes on idle work of the engine and at slower speeds. They shake whole car.At the dealership they say no problems found at this time. They told me taht they reloaded my car's computer. I got a second opinion from the independant mechanic and he found knock sensor malfunction code P0325. So, does anybody know can the knock sensor be a cause of those strokes? I appreciate any logical suggestions.

What are strokes?
A knock sensor problem will not trigger the check-engine light on its own, and will not cause any problems.

correct the knock sensor will not cause the check engine light to come on but, if the dealer didnt reset base idle with the consult due to the the change of igntion timing when the head gaskets were chaged than the ecu see conflicts due to the iac solenoid uses ign timing as a reference and the tps postiion to allow air flow at closed throttle . setting base idle should fix the problem
