Help! I replaced my blower motor resistor which was burned out. The blower motor wont work on the #1 speed. The A/C wont work except on the #1 speed, the a/c compressor clicks on but the blower motor dosent work on that speed. I know that the a/c enters the resistor on the #1 speed wire. Could it be high resistance in the blower motor or on the a/c side? I replaced the resistor and it blew again a week later last summer.
Summer is comming again and i need the a/c!
Any help would be appreciated!!

What does the resistor look like? I have the same problem right now, I just dont know what it looks like to pull it from the junk yard. Does it have a blue wire and a spring-like wire on the other side with some grey heat sink stuff on it?
