where is cruise control fuse?

the cruise control for my 1991 ford escort doesnot work. i wanted to check the fuse but i couldnot find it. i have checked both the fuse blocks under the hood and by the driver seat. do you know where it is? thanks.

It's the fuse in the passenger compartment marked meter. It is a 15 amp fuse. Also, the stop fuse should be checked. It has to be working to shut down the cruise control when the brake is applied.
