M35 Turbo !!!help

i need help with A turbo M35 I just Got it but i don't know if is oil and water cooled or just oil because it has 4 holes that seems to be connections of something ...... can anyone help me ....(I'm new on turbos) :confused:

two opposing holes will be for oil. The other two will be for water.
