Is flashoptions a good site to buy a front clip? They're quotin me $3100 for the front clip with body panels. Do they take forever when shipping clips?

Everything I've heard about them is bad, either takes like 8 months to ship or never shipped at all, no refunds, shit customer service, stuff like that.
