I have a 95 SOHC neon. A week ago the check engine light came on w a code 43. then it went off 2 days later. Then it came on again this morning w/code 43. This happened both times when I slowed down when exiting the hi-way.

It is a code for multiple or single cylinder misfire. Change your spark plugs with some stock champion ones. If that doesn't get rid of it change you spark plug wires.
