The poor car didn't deserve to end up like this... i wonder what's with the driver , hope he/she is ok ... Whitebread 04-07-2002, 12:35 AM Am idiot like that shouldn't deserve to drive a car like the Zonda. Adam 04-08-2002, 05:33 PM I feel like crying :( k, not really. I am going to do a redesign of paganizonda.com, with new pictures, videos, etc. I'll add those crash pictures. Lamborghini 04-19-2002, 11:44 AM Damn, I hate it when a beautiful car gets in an accident like that. Dammit, I bet he was street racing. Who would street race a car looking like that? Well, atleast it wasn't a Lamborghini:D Jus kidding:silly2: Holyterror 04-20-2002, 01:53 AM Who knows. Some cocky moron probably thought it was just a body kit on a Civic. And I'm sure the other driver was happy to point out the difference between Honda and Zonda. :smoker2: ZondaFreak02 05-04-2002, 08:44 AM I wonder what Horacio Pagani said when he found out...if i were the guy that crashed that car i would jump off a cliff Shaitan 05-19-2002, 11:31 AM I feel your pain Adam...:( :( :( :( , it just breaks mu heart seeing such a unique car destroyed at the hands of a guy who probably doesn't know what he's driving......:( :( :( ZondaFreak02 05-19-2002, 06:19 PM that pic in your signiture rocks jonesn 06-18-2002, 04:33 PM Originally posted by ZondaFreak02 I wonder what Horacio Pagani said when he found out...if i were the guy that crashed that car i would jump off a cliff The punishment for totaling a rare car like the Zonda is that you aren't allowed to buy another one. Same thing with McLaren and Bugatti. Owning one of these cars is a privilage, so you have to be careful. The Zonda (and F1 and Veyron and F60) are works of art, so if you destroy a work of art you're very unlikely to be sold another one. This is only a small chapter of exotic car politics. ZondaFreak02 06-18-2002, 08:24 PM that is a good rule. I think the same thing , if you destroy a work of art than you should be punished Ando_Rules 06-25-2002, 04:01 PM ohhhhh myyyy goddddd that is sooo sad i mean holy crap the car is totalled an amasing car like that is now dead, stupid dumb drivers, but i still hope that whoever was driving it is ok but they should die for what they have done (not really but u get the point) Shaitan 06-25-2002, 06:30 PM Originally posted by ZondaFreak02 that pic in your signiture rocks thx man Adam 06-28-2002, 01:19 PM Originally posted by Shaitan thx man the only problem is it costs me money. Which is why I made it so that it doesn't show up anymore.... :D nsx2088 07-04-2002, 01:40 PM The driver was actually taking for a test drive.... not street racing or anything like that.... I heard after the accident, he test drove another one and decide not to buy it...... = ) Ando_Rules 07-04-2002, 07:51 PM what an idiot y wouldnt he buy it man, i definatly would italteen3 07-08-2002, 05:37 PM The thread is titled "one less Zonda" doe that that Zonda does not have any repair/maintenance locations to get that car repaired because like you guys said it is sad to see such a work of art get destroyed like that so does any1 know if they have anything like what I mentioned? ArtemisEntreriR34 07-08-2002, 11:00 PM At first I saw the rear damage, then I clicked on the link to the first image and fell out my car. I believe he/she needs to be removed from this world for what they have done. italteen3 07-09-2002, 10:40 AM So is there one less Zonda C12 in the world because of that guy who cant drive crashed it? That really pisses me off because people put alot of time and money into some of those cars and then for someone to do that its a shame (obviously not on purpose, I hope). Does any1 know how the guy crashed ad/or compensated for that car? nsx2088 07-11-2002, 05:47 PM Grendel 07-11-2002, 06:29 PM That sucks, If you wreck a supercar, will they really not let you buy another? If so, then they really are a bunch of elitist assholes :flipa: :P -Grendel DMC12 07-11-2002, 06:41 PM Originally posted by Grendel will they really not let you buy another? No, the guy who wrecked it DECIDED not to buy one. That is even worse!!! Pennzoil GT-R 07-11-2002, 06:54 PM only certain companies wont let you buy another if you total one. Just people like Horacio Pagani have spent so much time and effort to perfectly craft each one that they (especially the emotional Italians) get kinda pissed off if someone ruins one of their masterpieces. Same as if someone crashed you're car, would you ever let them drive it again? and as for that wreckedexotics site. some of those pictures make me feel sick. All the fantastic cars wasted. Worse still by the fact i think i know the guy who owned the burnt out F40 (wasnt his fault, the garage didnt do a service properly) Grendel 07-11-2002, 07:09 PM Still, If you bought the car, its *yours*, if you wreck it, the designer shouldn't care, they made a hefty profit last time they sold you one, and will make another hefty profit if they sell you another... -Grendel Pennzoil GT-R 07-11-2002, 07:21 PM Originally posted by Grendel Still, If you bought the car, its *yours*, if you wreck it, the designer shouldn't care, they made a hefty profit last time they sold you one, and will make another hefty profit if they sell you another... -Grendel i know exactly what you mean, but they dont see it that way. the car is their masterpiece. Once you buy one of the very few made then you become part of the family. They do care about making money, but the cars are like children to the makers, and they cant stand to see one killed, and they dont give you a second chance to hurt their "children". I can see how it would be frustrating to make an awesome machine, and have some rich prick destroy it and come asking for another... But when the guy pulled out his cash, I wouldn't really care anymore... I guess those auto makers are so rich that they don't care about the money anymore *shrugs* -Grendel Grendel 07-12-2002, 03:46 PM Heh, here is a guy I wouldn't sell another supercar... Destroys two of em and basically brags about it... http://www.car-accidents.com/pages/accident_story/3-18-01_nsx.html There is a case where I could undestand the supercar makers refusing to sell him another :P -Grendel Pennzoil GT-R 07-12-2002, 07:57 PM are you sure that guy hasnt trashed FIVE cars? the NSX at the top, the F50, the Diablo, the McLaren and the F355. i know the guy says two in 4 weeks, but are the others his total amount? either way that guy needs to be forced to drive a Toyota Corolla for the rest of his life:mad: nsx1164 07-13-2002, 08:20 AM at least one US Zonda has been sent back to Pagani (Italy) for repairs. The owner is reportedly getting ANOTHER car, modified for track work. WOW Grendel 07-16-2002, 11:46 PM Originally posted by Pennzoil GT-R are you sure that guy hasnt trashed FIVE cars? the NSX at the top, the F50, the Diablo, the McLaren and the F355. i know the guy says two in 4 weeks, but are the others his total amount? either way that guy needs to be forced to drive a Toyota Corolla for the rest of his life:mad: Heh 5 cars? I would make sure the next supercar I sold him had a defective seat belt system... next time he wrecks, he wouldn't have another chance to ask for another car  -Grendel Holyterror 07-17-2002, 11:57 PM Supercars are not usually the safest things on the road, anyway. You'd think that after 5 wrecks, this guy would have bit the bullet by now. Maybe Pagani, etc. should screen people more carefully, i.e. ignore orders from anyone named Rasputin. canyoncat 07-21-2002, 01:26 AM I have no idea where you peeps got the idea that if you totaled a car, the maker would not sell you another, but I suggest you put the crack pipe down ! LOL. Hell, you can buy a "used" one any day of the week if you have the cash. You're dreaming if you think there is some "club" that governs the selling of exotics. :D  :D Grendel 07-21-2002, 01:37 AM Originally posted by canyoncat I have no idea where you peeps got the idea that if you totaled a car, the maker would not sell you another, but I suggest you put the crack pipe down ! This happened in Hong Kong nsx2088 08-03-2002, 10:13 AM Sorry Sypder but after reading this article, it says the dealership employee is with the buyer to test drive the car but without mentioning who is the driver. My information is from other news article and also from one of my dealership friend in Hong Kong. Btw, these are actually greater pictures!! The guy in the middle of the second picture is the one crash the car. josh0855 11-20-2002, 10:05 AM Thats just awful I hope the driver is ok though.:( nevergiveup 02-13-2003, 04:42 AM I talk to Horacio Pagani...he said that this Zonda was COMPLETELLY repair!!!:o :o because the carbonfiber chassis was absolutelly undamaged! this is a test of what a good and safe car the Zonda is! Zondazrock 05-07-2003, 01:18 AM Uh... guys you forgettin that you can get it repaired by a specialist? i mean. i know that the zonda is in my opinion the greatest car in the world and everything, but it can get repaired to look like new most of the time. its not the end of the world for the driver. lamboking118s 05-15-2003, 08:18 AM http://www.mingpaonews.com/20020406/06gca.jpg http://orientaldaily.com.hk/photo/2...406nhko10p1.gif that car is messed up but i would love to own it still, right there i would get in it and drive off even though oits messed up Rinspeedygonzales 07-11-2003, 05:30 AM maybe you should visit www.wreckedexotics.com.
