I have a 2000 SS with all the goodies..while there are very minor problems, I've recently noticed a larger problem...

The idle speeds range from 700 to 3000 RPM, most of the time (I'd say about 90% of the time) it idles right around 1700. When I turn the car off, and then turn it back on it seems to level out properly. When it does level out, however, I've noticed a bit of fluctuation in constant RPMS.

Anyone have any advice? I've the full time extended warranty, so that is an option - I just hate to be without the car!

Well, I had to drop off the SS at the shop today. It stalled four times on the way to work (26.5 mile drive)! :(
