Hey all, just found this place so I am a noob here with a question about rims for an 05' Altima 2.5S. I am looking to do some conservative mods to start with so I am going to start with the Rims. I was thinking about going with a set of 17" rims in gunmetal with the polished lip as the car is smoke. I don't plan on lowering the car just putting those rims on it. Do you think it will look ok without lowering the car? Any suggestion on wheels and tires and anything else is greatly appreciated.
Also, I am planning on purchasing these rims and tires from wheelguyz.com. Anyone know anything about this company.

Thanks in advance.

y waste your money. purchase a set of rims and tires on ebay.com
my advise is to go with 18's or 19's because theres gonna be less wheel gap but this all depends on the quality of the roads where you live.

I second the ebay rims, you can find some good deals. Dont do 19's. You can do 18's but if your struts ever start to sag then you will get rubbing. Just what I heard. I have a 1st gen. so Im not really any help to this thread.

Well I already got some rims, I went with the BSA 305's in 18. They look great except now after the first rain my rotors are all rusty. This is a brand new car and now it looks like crap. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the rust on the rotors or at least cover it up? I can't afford to buy new rotors as these are brand new. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
