infiniti G20 gets a swap

so i go to racing concepts up here in washington to find out some cheap places that sell used engines. as i go to the back, my buddy sean who did some work to my car is doing an engine swap to a infiniti G20. the guy apperantly blew a whole in the engine half the size of my palm.
so the guy orders in a sr20det motor for $1300. guy says he should be putting out 260hp when its done.

i personally never heard of a G20 getting a sr20 swap. is this normal?

Seeing as how the STOCK engine is the SR20DE, it probably can't get any simpler.

the G20's in europe and asia are called Nissan Primera. there are no such variation of a nissan sentra in asia and europe. so basically saying, the sentra is a u.s. only car with a SR20DE, while the Primera's came with the SR20DET. so swapping a SR20DET from a Primera into its near carbon copy ( the G20 ) is a no brainer. i'm pretty sure most of hte FWD SR20DET's that gets swapped into the sentra's are from Primera's, Bluebirds ( j spec altimas ) or Pulsar's. ( some small ugly hatch back )

hell yeah!! Stock comes with SR20DET AWD. 0-60 in 5.3ish and 1/4 mile in low 13s......HAULS ASS!!! But still ugly :icon16:
