...Wheels... Need Opinions!Si2000 Vtec 04-05-2002, 04:53 AM Well, I was messing around with a few ideas... wheels, cams, or cat-back... I decided to go with wheels because my car already scoots enough for now. I narrowed it down to two wheels: Rota Slipstreams OR Rota Circut-8 I decided to get 15" because this car is geared totally toward performance, whereas my 99 Hatch was all-show. So... what are your opinions? Slipstreams or Circut-8's? Anyone know of any other 12-lb 15" wheel around $100/wheel? Thanks- CivicEx95 04-05-2002, 05:46 AM I dont like the slipstreams, go for the circuit 8s Stoned Raider 04-05-2002, 05:51 PM Some pics would help:D I'm too lazy to search for them or look in a magazine:D PoweredByRice_619 04-05-2002, 06:53 PM i think both look ok.. slipstreams http://www.machiii.net/machiii/html/old/wheels/slipstreamsteelgrey.jpg circut 8's http://www.machiii.net/machiii/html/images/bigc8.jpg Stoned Raider 04-05-2002, 06:57 PM Not my stlye I like the Volk Racing LE37T praxis 04-05-2002, 06:58 PM Which one is lighter? ric 04-05-2002, 07:13 PM Originally posted by Si2000 Vtec Well, I was messing around with a few ideas... wheels, cams, or cat-back... Thanks- i just got a set of 16" slips for the lude. if im not mistaken they are lighter then the circuit 8's. as for quality i will post when they get here and get put on next week. i personally like the slips better, i couldnt get the circuit 8's anyway cause they are only 4 bolt. pick what you like though, fuck us. Si2000 Vtec 04-07-2002, 05:31 AM That's pretty much the plan :flipa: I decided on the Circut-8's tho... I might sell my Si in a while and get a hatchback, that'll be sport'n slipstreams for sure though. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
