2000 Power Window problemscliff1 04-18-2005, 05:20 PM My passenger window will not go up/down, when i hit the window button i hear a clicking from the door module box. Is there a way to test if it is the module or the motor itself is bad. Oh by the way the passenger rear window is now inoperable also. Thx Cliff Flatrater 04-18-2005, 08:57 PM More than likely your regulator cable snapped or broke since you can hear the motor moving. cliff1 04-19-2005, 05:02 PM My passenger window will not go up/down, when i hit the window button i hear a clicking from the door module box. Thx Cliff I'm sorry but the motor is not running Thx Cliff1 Keith05 06-20-2005, 09:00 PM I Have a 2000 Bonneville SE, and it started out that my rear drivers door would not lock with the power on the door, OR the remote.. So after a week, I decided to pull it in the shop and take a look, and noticed that now the only lock/window/mirror that worked, is the drivers door.. So to recap, I ONLY have power mirror/lock and window on my drivers door, no where else... I also here the clicking of the relay under my back seat in the fuse panel... Any help would be GREATLY appreciated..! dbgmpa8 06-26-2005, 10:35 AM More than likely your regulator cable snapped or broke since you can hear the motor moving. This just happened to our 2000 bonneville. I got the door panel off. Can you give advice how to replace/repair the regulator cable? A diagram would be helpful as well. I'm assuming the window does not operate from the drivers door or the passenger door, correct? The problem points in the direction of a bad drive motor. The clicking that you hear is power & ground being applied to the motor via the passenger door control module. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
