I am planning to get my truck in shape to sell soon, I need to cover up a few scratches on the back bumper and I was hoping I can get some paint (manufacturer ?) to spray on myself. I need pewter. Where can I get it? How much? Either online or in Chicago area.

How about an automotive parts store ? Auto Zone, NAPA, Advance Auto ...ect...

GM dealers also sell little bottles of touch up paint.Keep in mind that touching something up doesn't make it go away though.

like moven2 said you can get touch-up or buy the gm numbers (paint and the number color it is) and sand and repaint the bumper

Since your just selling it anyways why not ask Macco how much they want to do the job.
It'll look better than you can possibly do without use of some pretty expensive spray equipment, and a fair amount of experience.
