looking to get a miata

i'm looking at early to mid 90's mazda miatas, is there anything i should be on the look out for? are they fairly reliable? any down falls?

they are very reliable, but look for a late 91 or newer. the 90-early 91's had a short nose crank and were prone to crank wobble. depends on what your goal is with the car as well.

i'm just looking for something that will get decent gas mileage for me, and be fairly reliable. i commute to work 25 miles one way 5days aweek, so i sold my truck cause the gas was getting a bit pricey.
