I have 95 toyota camry. Tail lights not working. I checked bulbs, they are fine. I checked fuse, it is fine.
The Brake lights and ALL ohter lights work. What is my next step?

wrong forum, this should be moved to the toyota forums.

start by using a test light or multimeter to test for power to the taillights and power from the headlight switch. do the front parking lights work?

There may be a taillight control relay in front side of Junction Block #1 (by driver's left leg under dash). Check it. One pair of opposing terminals should have continuity and the other pair shouldn't. Apply 12V across the pair with continuity - the other pair should then have continuity.

Check Light Control Switch on Steering Column. Disconnect harness as it exits steering column and check connector attached to steering column as follows. Dual connector has notch in top with small connector on left and larger connector on right side. Small connector is numbered 6-1 from left to right on top row of contacts, and 14-7 left to right on bottom row. When Light Control Switch (LCS) is in TAIL position, continuity should exist between contacts 2 and 11. When LCS is in HEAD position, contunuity should exist between contacts 2, 11, and 13. None of these contacts should have continuity when the LCS is in OFF position. Replace the switch if these conditions are not met.

Check Integration Relay in rear side of Junction Block #1. If you need this information, let me know. It is difficult to describe.

Check your wiring harness in the trunk. Many times it will get frayed by rubbing near the back of the trunk near the hinges.
