i finally purchased my first 240sx. its an 89, got it for 2000. its in good running condition for having 210,000 miles on it. im gonna try to get pictures up pretty soon. gotta get my friends digital camera.

im about 2000 dollars away for 4,500 so im going to get an sr20det. after that get some stiff shocks and springs (not going for a drift set up) if youve got any suggestions about suspension let me know. ;) well thats what ive got for know ill keep you updated.

as for suspension, some teins could be a good choice

replace the bushings, tie rods[teins] could be a good idea, tension rods, strut bars also [i don't remember the site but there is a three point one for the rear]

well since its an 89 its only SOHC and im not going to bother with that. if it were a 91-93 i would have thought about it. but im more fond of the sr. ive been driving my friends s14 sr20det around and its got me hooked.

im going to take it to my mechanic to get the radiator overflow tank replaced, replace the mirrors that fell out of the side view holders, and get all the seals and gaskets replaced. im figuring it will be a couple hundred but i got the money. i just need to get the car in good condition for the next few months (i think about 6-8) until i get my swap. im trying to get in touch with my friend, but hes always stuck at work :(
