Brake Boosterlatinowarrior 04-13-2005, 06:18 PM I have a 1984 Eldorado Bairittz Convt. and I need to replace the brake booster. The manual states to remove the master cylinder, disconnect the pushrod and then remove booster-to-crowl nuts. Well thats the problem. Is it easy to remove the booster and what do I need to remove inside the vehicle in order to get to the pushrod and booster-to-crowl nuts? Thank you in advance for your input :) latinowarrior 04-19-2005, 12:36 PM Man, its dead in this forum. I asked for help and I didn't get it. Whats Up !!!! hyarnell1 04-29-2005, 07:34 AM The booster is held to the cowl from inside by four nuts. Up under the dash; not easy to get to. The push rod is connected to the brake pedal, held by a clip. My be a cotter key, or clip. latinowarrior 04-29-2005, 08:51 AM Thanks for the reply, but a little to late. I got some advice @ Cadillac-Lasalle.com they really helped me out. Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2013
