Please go to this LINK (http://public.fotki.com/fanfancito/projects_in_progress/zzz-28_izzys_ride/) Here's the mods I did on an old Revell ZZZ28 kit. It has Wheels from a 1/18th scale Howler and many custom details. Comments are welcome! The car is named after my baby girl's nickname. this pictures are from last year and I took it to the 2004 Birmingham Classic. PRIVATEER 04-12-2005, 11:56 PM Very cool! Welcome to AF. It was really fun, I've had this kit since the late 70's and had some crazy ideas for it. Last year I finally was able to finish it and I really like the results! Thanks. blubaja 04-13-2005, 01:12 AM Hey, Welcome to AF! Hope you don't mind me posting one of your photos. What rims are these? Looks really neat. Is it a certain scale? I have a VW van like this style, they are pretty cool. Keep up the great work! The rear tires are direct from the Howler, and the fronts(tires only) are from an old 1/20th scale Corvette, I just bored the insides 'till the wheels fit. I'm glad you liked it, thanks. MidMazar 04-13-2005, 03:53 PM thats cool, what company makes these? blubaja 04-13-2005, 05:08 PM an old Revell ZZZ28 kit Frank X. willimo 04-13-2005, 05:24 PM Very neat model! I love it. These old characature cars need to come back in a big way, in kit form. They are gobs of fun to look at and probably to build, from what I saw! Juan Robles 04-14-2005, 05:03 PM Welcome.
