20's rubbing on 94 jeep, help!kicka19 04-12-2005, 10:22 PM i have a 94 grand cherokee, i recently bout 20 inch chome rims with tires, tried to put them on 2day but they rubbed on the front of the wheel well, should i assume i need to take it to a shop to get the rub trimmed? it is only the plastic part and i dont think it need more than 3/4 to 1 inch of it trimmed, if so how much should i expect to pay? thank for all your help, im new to this forum but i like it already. drdisque 04-13-2005, 09:35 AM it would help if you gave us the tire size and wheel offset you're running Doc_Ratchet 04-13-2005, 01:33 PM And instead of chopping up your fenders and fender wells, you'd probably be better off doing a body lift (cheaper) or a suspension lift (more expensive). Hope this helps... goinbig 04-13-2005, 06:13 PM ...need to take it to a shop to get the rub trimmed? ya, you need to trim that rub up...that will do the trick. But really, maybe you shouldn't have put 20's on a Jeep  vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
