Hi wasap everyone. My clutch fan went out and (its loose, and it shakes allot) I going to get a dual fan from the junkyard and install them in. I just don’t know how to hook the fan to the thermostat swish. I could install it to the battery and keep it running via a switch in the cockpit, but I rather have it controlled via the thermostat. I don’t know how to do that dough.
How can I install electric fan on a clutch fan motor and have it running appropriately with the thermostat?
tnx

Use a temp activated switch. www.summitracing.com sells them. Will require a little work.

buy the lower radiator hose assembly for a 89-90 sohc 240sx
it comes with a temp sensor for the stock A/C fan but you can wire it to a relay then to the electric fans to control them

when you do get an electric fan, just wire it to a toggle switch on one of your dash blanks, its super easy, and you can turn it off when you race, for more power! lol, it makes a difference on my n/a ka, but you probably wouldnt notice a difference on the high power sr.
