93 325is clutch issues!

I need to know what kind of problems I may be running into.

I have a 93 325is it has about 100,000 miles on it and lately the clutch has a high pitched wine to it when in gear and accelerating. If I let off the gas the noise goes away, as soon as I step on the gas a again it comes back.

If the clutch is pushed in the noise goes away also.

Any ideas, the clutch itself seems normal in its function without any other issues.
