Flexplate for 89 CV w/351?

For an 89 with a 351, isn't the trans an AOD?

I'm having trouble finding a flexplate to fit on
my 95 351 Lightning engine in my 89 89 with
AOD trans. Thought that the 89 CV with 351
would have an AOD and the right flexplate,
but it vibrates as if a 302 50oz flexplate was
on it!
