Hi,
what model/year do you have? Street, off-road, mud tires? 1/2 ton takes P rated tires, 3/4 ton takes LT rated tires. Denalis have bigger rims. By stock height you mean no lift kit?
Please specify if you are looking for wider tires on a stock rim, bigger rims with the same diameter tires, stock rims with bigger diameter tires, bigger diameter tires and bigger rims?
There are some threads about this. http://www.tirerack.com may be of help.
Take care, Eggert :bananasmi

Hi,
Yukons have limited space in the wheel wells and can not use snow chains, only limited clearance snow cables. This may put a damper on upsizing.
Do you want wider tires, taller tires or both?
What purpose do you need them for?

mainly I just wanted bigger tires than stock. the stock ones look so small. and with more tread. i saw another yukon with bigger tires and it didnt look like there was any height adjustment. only tires. i'm looking for mainly taller and a little wider. thanks

I really dont know the size that may fit your yukon. But I do suggest this tire the BF Goodrich KO All Terrain Tire. Nice look for the yukon. I have these on a 96 F-250 Diesel in size 35/12.50/R16.5 with a 6 IN lift kit. The only place where I found them at a reasonable price where at WWW.4WHEELPARTS.COM. Good Luck

I think so just contact a salesperson from 4wheel parts and I'm pretty sure they will have it. I've been to their warehouse here in Los Angeles and its HUGE ! All you see parked outside their showroom is lifted trucks and suv's.

Just to let you know I'm running 305/45/22's and the diameter is 32.8 inches. They don't really rub unless you turn the wheel all the way to the left. If your not putting a lift kit on you might not want to go with a tire that has a diameter more than 32.8 inches.

Here is a site that will help you determine what size tire you might be able to fit on your truck. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

I have 305/50-20's on mine and they do not rub at all. I chose Toyo Open Country Tires to get all season and terrain traction as we use the Yukon as the family transport to the mountains during winter. They ride very well and look great. Email me if you want pics.

Go to

It'll give you a good idea how that sizes up with the stock measurements.

I have been running Goodyear Wrangler AT/S 285/75/16 for about 5 years and they look great with no problems. fills out the wheel wells perfectly.

However, they did change the Wrangler, and now the only one that is available in this size is the Wrangler with Silent Armor.

BF Goodrich also has a cool looking All Terrain T/A in this size.

You can also fit 305/70/16 on there, but they look pretty weird.
