Hi !
Halfway through replacing a dead RF electric window motor on a 'thoroughly indestructable '90 Camry.
But - I can't undo the Allen head screws holding the motor to the regulator.
A 4MM hex is too small, a 5MM is too large. Is there a special tool for the little buggers?
Also - do I have to remove the regulaor to change the motor?
Thank you ahead of time
Jim

Turns out they were combination head screws (flat & phillips)
& thoroughly rusted in.
Removed the regulator and then got them out , truly challenging.
Plus - the problem wasn't the motor!! (Anger, stamps foot, shakes fist)
Many thanks for the suggestion, though.
That thought had crossed my aging mind.
Thanks again
Jim
