Dear Members,

I am driving my 1998 Toyota Camry XLE yesterday. The Road was wet. The Car Speed is at 10mph and I applied the breaks near intersection. It won't stop and is moving slowly even when apply the brake once again. I didn't understand why it happens. Later I tested the breaks in the parking lot. They works fine.

Why it happens.Is it the problem with ABS or brakes. If so what precautions do I need to take. Please
help me.
