mk3 supra handlingtipota 04-05-2005, 10:40 PM hows the handling on these cars? i heard that the supra has legendary handling, but ive also heard from others that its handling sucks. if i get this car, i want to eventually set it up for small drifts(nothign major, just around corners with abundant space), but i dont knwo if it would be right for me. any comments on handling would help. thanx TcmaBoy 04-06-2005, 03:08 AM Yes they drift rather well, and they can be made to handel rather well. Its only real drawback is that it is a HEAVY car. carwars622 04-18-2005, 02:35 PM hows the handling on these cars? i heard that the supra has legendary handling, but ive also heard from others that its handling sucks. if i get this car, i want to eventually set it up for small drifts(nothign major, just around corners with abundant space), but i dont knwo if it would be right for me. any comments on handling would help. thanx I have an MKIII SUPRA, before I lowered it & put stiffer springs the car would spin out of control if I nailed it around a corner, now that I have the car on the ground, 2inch drop, the car handles like a real sports car or better, I whip my car from lane 2 lane at over 100 mph & the car doesn't skip a beat, I love it. youngsuprakid 04-19-2005, 12:38 PM maybe your just werent driving as well as you thought my 1989 handles like a dream but ne who did you have the tems sport control kman10587 04-21-2005, 04:41 PM The car's main drawback is its 3500+ lb curb weight. The chassis and suspension are well-suited for drifting and/or racing. The Supra is a fairly good-handling car, but it's always been a step behind its rivals, the Fairlady Z and RX-7. It makes up for it in power and luxury. GT500916 04-21-2005, 06:38 PM id preffer a solid build car that handles great compared to a super great handling 90% handling car vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
